CSEM aluminium with copper
We have extended our offer with ALUMINIUM LAMINATES (CSEM), one of the 5 top metal-base CCL material in the world in providing advanced thermal base material to worldwide MCPCB! CSEM does not use glass fabric in dielectric layer but only ceramic and epoxy resin, which guarantees high quality.
We supply aluminium laminate with wide range of thermal conductivity (from 1.0W/m℃ to 12.0W/m℃), with aluminium thickness from 0.2 mm to 5.0 mm and copper foil thickness from half an ounce to 5 ounces. We also supply flexible aluminium laminate. All products are approved by UL.

Copper foil in pannels
From now on we can supply COPPER FOIL IN PANELS to our customers! Copper foil is available in thickness 9 µm, 12 µm, 18 µm, 35 µm and 70 µm and can be provided in requested panel sizes. This material is HTE (High Temperature Elongation) and is suitable for high Tg and Halogen-free multilayer boards.
