KB – 6160 (A, B, C)

KB-6160 is glass fabric based epoxy resin copper clad laminate, which has UV blocking function and has equal performance as KB-6150. It is suitable for printed circuit board that required UV blocking and AOI (automatic optical inspection) function.

KB – 6164 (6164 F)

KB-6164 is glass fabric based epoxy resin copper clad laminate which has UV blocking function and has equal performance as KB-6160. It is suitable for the production of printed circuit boards that required UV blocking and AOI (automatic optical inspection) function.

KB FR 2

KB-2150 FR-2 GCKB-2150 FR-2 GC is a non-halogen, antimony-free based phenolic resin copper clad laminate. No toxic residue or exhaust gas generated during combustion. KB-2150GC not only keeps all characteristics of FR-2, but also has a superior heat and humidity resistance.
